MINNAMURRA PRECINCT PLAN COMMENCES News / New Project / 02.10.2017

McGregor Coxall was recently appointed to deliver the precinct plan for Minnamurra Rainforest. The tranquillity of the rainforest is enjoyed by over 100,000 visitors per year, including over 12,000 school children undertaking environmental education activities. The precinct plan will be informed by a thorough visitor proposition analysis and business case to reinvigorate the destination into a high quality visitor experience that can be delivered through an financially self-funding model. The study area for the precinct plan includes all areas of the site, including the parking, picnic areas, café, visitor centre, walking trails and waterfall viewing platform. The project will be delivered in consultation with National Parks Wildlife Service (NPWS) and key local stakeholders and will conclude in February 2018.
