The 37th instalment of the Shenzhen Pecha Kucha was an evening to remember, hosting the third edition of the OCT Phoenix Life & Art Festival and presenting an array of captivating speakers, including Ian Rowen, Conceptual Artist and international advisor to “Burning Man” in Black Rock City (USA).



Michael Patte, Studio Leader of McGregor Coxall Shenzhen, has been the authorised organiser for the planning and launching of Shenzhen PechaKucha since 2009, in association with Riptide. Originating in Tokyo in 2003, PeckaKucha Night has grown into a global event held in over 1,000 cities nurturing the discovery of art and design, supported by an eclectic collection of talks presented by multi-disciplinary speakers.
