Shanghai studio member Ya You recently participated in the Landscape Architecture Frontiers (LAF) symposium entitled ‘Coastal Landscape’ in Beijing. Ya presented 5 McGregor Coxall coastal projects including Bird Airport, Lujiazui Waterfront Park, Ballast Point Park, the Parramatta City River Strategy and FAR ROC. The event organized by LAF media was attended by over 50 young Landscape Architecture industry professionals and was also broadcast on QQLive attracting up to 4,000 viewers online. Key speakers for the coastal landscape series comprised representatives from Sasaki, OLIN and the LAF editorial team and concluded with a panel discussion and Q&A session focussing on coastal conservation in China.
