Ann brings over 13 years of experience to McGregor Coxall, having joined the firm in 2010 when it was a team of only 20 people. Throughout her tenure, Ann led the Sydney Landscape Architecture division from 2016 to 2019, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and design DNA. Her hands-on management style has mentored generations of young team members in-house, and she is incredibly passionate about documentation and adept at tackling challenging design issues.
Ann has a wide range of sector experiences. She has been the project manager for numerous multi-awarded projects, including Linggang Airport, Maitland High Street, Greenway Links, Calyx, and most recently, the Drying Green and NSW Art Gallery. She believes we should not sacrifice one landscape to create another and strives to leave each project better for the environment than before.
Since early 2024, Ann has been a member of the Board of Directors, where she continues to shape the company’s strategic direction. Her insights and decision-making abilities have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.
