Recognition at RTPI South-West Awards for Planning Excellence

McGregor Coxall’s Úna Breathnach-Hifearnáin and Sophie Thomas attended the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) South-West Awards Reception this week to celebrate the shortlisting of the ‘Launceston: Safer, Greener Streets’ project in the ‘Best Plan’ category.

This recognition highlights McGregor Coxall’s dedication to transforming local town centres into healthy, resilient, and community-focused places.

McGregor Coxall collaborated with Launceston Town Council and Launceston Town Plan Group, alongside a multidisciplinary team of local consultants led by PLACE Architects, to produce an innovative design strategy and plan for the town centre. Development work advances plans to improve the economic, social, and environmental revitalisation of Launceston, leading the path for town renewal and vitality.

Congratulations to all the shortlisted and winning projects this year.
