The winning competition scheme consisting three landmark residential towers and adjoining streetscape by lead by BVN in association with Chenchow Little and PTW for a high end development is currently undergoing Development Application. The project is located in the new Lachlan Precinct bordering Green Square. The development sets new benchmarks for landscape and environmental integration. Both the towers and surrounding streetscape enjoy a highly site specific design response responding to the changing context of this new area to provide a high level of residential and community amenity. The landscape is a conceived as a holistic urban garden. It is both elevated and vertical, and being integral to the architecture, demonstrates a progressive whole-of-building approach to the urban landscape that breaks free of the typology of peripheral and interstitial boundary treatments and singular ground floor or podium communal space.
