Nadia is poised to drive interdisciplinary innovation and inspire as Managing Principal, a first in McGregor Coxall’s 26-year history.

From humble beginnings in Manly, McGregor Coxall has been integral to some of the city’s largest and most significant projects. Nadia has cultivated a deep respect and relationship with the founders over the past 20 years, sharing a unified vision for the future of the Sydney studio.

“I am honoured to lead such a talented and innovative team in our Sydney studio” Nadia says. “Building on our long-standing foundation of evidence-based design excellence, I am excited to push the boundaries of multidisciplinary, climate-resilient, and community-focused design. We remain committed to enhancing the quality of life for all members of our community by approaching every project with a focus on inclusivity, sustainability, and research-driven innovation.”

“Committed to instilling climate resilience within each project, I am excited to lead our amazing Melbourne team,” says Nick. “Integrating evidence-based design principles and working closely with local communities, we continue to deliver projects that have a positive impact on communities and environments.”
