McGregor Coxall has announced three Managing Principals across its Sydney, Melbourne and new Emerging Market Studios – Nadia Greatbatch, Nick Griffin, and Fraser Halliday.
These appointments mark an exciting milestone for McGregor Coxall as it continues to focus on growth and deepen its commitment to interdisciplinary design.
Nadia Greatbatch, with more than 20 years’ experience as a landscape architect, project and operations manager in global design firms, steps into the Sydney leadership role. Nadia is poised to drive interdisciplinary innovation and inspire as Managing Principal, a first in McGregor Coxall’s 26-year history.
From humble beginnings in Manly, McGregor Coxall has been integral to some of the city’s largest and most significant projects. Nadia has cultivated a deep respect and relationship with the founders over the past 20 years, sharing a unified vision for the future of the Sydney studio.
“I am honoured to lead such a talented and innovative team in our Sydney studio” Nadia says. “Building on our long-standing foundation of evidence-based design excellence, I am excited to push the boundaries of multidisciplinary, climate-resilient, and community-focused design. We remain committed to enhancing the quality of life for all members of our community by approaching every project with a focus on inclusivity, sustainability, and research-driven innovation.”
Nick Griffin brings international expertise in landscape architecture and urban design along with years of success at McGregor Coxall to his new role as Managing Principal of our Melbourne studio. A highly experienced industry leader, Nick’s expertise in leading and managing the design of complex, ecologically and culturally sensitive projects will be invaluable in continuing to deliver for cities and communities in the region.
“Committed to instilling climate resilience within each project, I am excited to lead our amazing Melbourne team,” says Nick. “Integrating evidence-based design principles and working closely with local communities, we continue to deliver projects that have a positive impact on communities and environments.”
Expanding our design outreach beyond Australia and the UK, McGregor Coxall is pleased to announce the appointment of Fraser Halliday as Managing Principal of ‘Emerging Markets’, a multidisciplinary studio working across Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa.
“I am looking forward to leading McGregor Coxall’s expansion into new markets,” Fraser comments. “Our firm has a unique approach to design solutions that ensure holistic outcomes, and I am thrilled to work with our team across Australia and the UK to deliver these innovations worldwide.”
