The Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney has opened a new world-class attraction, The Calyx. With Landscape Architecture by McGregor Coxall and Architecture by PTW, the new attraction is built around the site of the former Arc Glasshouse, in the south western corner of the garden. The Calyx features the largets interior greenwall in the southern hemisphere hosting more than 18,000 plants. Intelligent, sensitive design provides visitors with an integrated mix of indoor and outdoor areas with a regular program of events year round. The opening exhibition features “Sweet Addiction: The Botanic Story of Chocolate”
