Clare offers design expertise on projects of socio-ecological resilience. She has fifteen years’ experience as a built environment design professional, including four years in Landscape Architecture. Prior to joining McGregor Coxall Clare was at Hassell and Tract Consultants working on significant legacy and AILA award-winning landscapes. Her experience spans urbanism and landscape scales and typologies across sectors including culture, parkland and play, tourism and national parks, water and environment, and public transport infrastructure. Clare has worked with client, stakeholder, and community groups to define ecological, social, recreation and cultural visions and priorities, implementing short and long-term design objectives in concept and Master Plan. Her project experience includes various collaborations with Traditional Owners and cultural knowledge holders in the creation of culturally responsive design frameworks, strategies, and outcomes for connecting to and healing Country. Clare is a University Medallist, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and AILA Karl Langer 2021. She has served as a juror for the AILA Queensland State Awards 2022 and is an ongoing Sessional Academic in Resilient Landscapes Studio, QUT.
