Ya (Micky) is a visionary and creative designer with global experience in Beijing, Taiwan and the USA. She joined McGregor Coxall after receiving a master degree of landscape architecture and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn she worked as a student editor for LA+ Journal and was involved the planning and delivery of the LAF global Summit (2016). Her thesis of designing a resilient south Bronx waterfront was adopted by Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance and published on City of Water Day (New York, USA). Her work blends between landscape architecture, urban study, regional planning and infrastructure implementation, as the discipline boundaries blur in front of complex urban challenges. Ya is an integral member of our international presence. Her broad and innovative approach to design well conveys our philosophy to operations in China.
