Ben has a passion for co-designing places to enable positive change, create sustainable solutions, and improve the quality of life in urban environments. He is a team leader at McGregor Coxall and an Associate - Urban Designer, with expertise in Urban Strategy, holistic Master Planning, and Landscape Urbanism. Professionally, with the team at McGregor Coxall, Ben has been awarded the Urban Design Award of Excellence (AILA, NSW 2016), the Landscape Architecture Award for Landscape Planning (AILA NSW in 2019 and 2021), and Commendation for Leadership, Advocacy and Research (Australia Urban Design Awards 2021). During his education, he was awarded a position on the University of Sydney Deans' list of Academic Excellence in 2012 and 2013, nominated for the RIBA Presidents Medal in 2014, and awarded runner-up for the AIA NSW First Degree Design Medal in 2015
