Eriko is an Urban Designer and Architect with over 18 years of experience. She has been trained as an Architect in Japan and in the Netherlands, where she gained extensive knowledge of strategic urban planning and design. Her limitless curiosity in the spatial matter led to her engaging in all sorts of projects from product design, interior, architecture and urban design, and in numerous countries such as Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Baltic Countries, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan. Eriko has also been conducting research entitled Incentive Urbanism which combines the consensus-driven urban approach and the incentive-driven urban policy to develop more sustainable, balanced, quality-driven urban development based on the Public-private partnership. Eriko brings to McGregor Coxall strong leadership and management skills in master planning projects, providing creative direction, coordinating and leading project teams, collaborators and external consultants in delivering high-quality outputs using her skillset to provide innovative, logical and forward-thinking design solutions in a collaborative environment.
