The luxury residences have an ethereal and translucent quality and are in constant dialogue with the natural beauty of Sydney Harbour and dynamic form of the city’s skyline. Located in Barangaroo and within walking distance to world-class dining and shopping, One Sydney Harbour neighbours some of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks including the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. McGregor Coxall designed the landscape, rooftop podium and public realm of One Sydney Harbour ensuring design responded to context, wind, views, orientation and use of space. With the teams understanding of the luxury residential customer experience careful consideration was given to design intention, materiality and planting selection.
