London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) Framework

McGregor Coxall has been appointed to the newly launched London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) Landscape and Public Realm Framework (Lot 2 Design Services).

The team are joined by a talented, multidisciplinary group of consultants undertaking research, studies, landscape and public realm design in the area, including within Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park estate, to shape a long-lasting legacy for the site. The collective aim is to create sustainable public spaces, inclusive communities, a thriving business zone, and an inspiring must-visit destination where people will live, work and play.

The framework will be accessible to all of LLDC as well as other MDCs including the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), GLA Land & Property and the four growth boroughs adjacent to the Park.
