Akoya Park

Damac Properties / Dubailand (Mudon), United Arab Emirates

The Trump International Golf Club AKOYA Park is an expansive 390-hectare integrated community development spearheaded by DAMAC Properties. At its core lies a master plan that incorporates two significant green spaces, positioned within a burgeoning residential community and boasting the largest community park in the UAE. Encompassing 84 hectares, this park is characterized by ten lush green oases nestled amid ancient dunes, creating a picturesque backdrop.

The master plan integrates cutting-edge sustainable technologies, including recycled effluent water for irrigation, solar energy generation, microclimate shade control, and earth-covered park pavilions. Within the private realm, the ‘Dunescape and Oasis parks’ complement the Barranca Trail system and Villa Vistas, offering residents exclusive recreational amenities. Additionally, shared community facilities such as a beach lagoon pool, cascades, art park, fitness park, and play park enhance the overall experience.

In the public realm of ‘Dubai Destinations,’ residents and visitors can enjoy amenities like Club AKOYA, Fitness Club, Skate Park, and Mosque Plazas. The park’s irrigation system utilizes Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) and Tertiary Sewage Effluent (TSE), ensuring sustainable water usage for plant irrigation. Water bodies are strategically placed to optimize cooling effects throughout the park, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all.
