Sophie is completing a double degree, majoring in Environmental Science and Landscape Architecture. Her passion lies at the intersection of design and science, with the goal of creating inclusive, resilient, and sustainable urban environments. At university, she is a member of the Dean’s Scholar Leadership Program and the College of Excellence.
Alongside her studies, Sophie has worked as a research assistant in both fields, valuing evidence-based solutions. Sophie enjoys the research process, problem-solving, and creative aspects of design. She also places great importance on fostering community.
Sophie believes that the complex problems we face today can only be solved through communication and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is excited to develop her skills further and work on meaningful projects that create positive change.
