Michael’s passion rests in achieving healthy, smart, living and locally responsive environments.

With 20 years international experience, Michael adopts a systematic design approach to his projects, ensuring a restorative and balanced outcome to a place. As Director and Interdisciplinary Design Leader for McGregor Coxall, he has delivered award winning visions, frameworks, masterplans, landscapes and public realm designs in the UK, Australia, China and Middle East. Michael understands the intricacies involved in seamlessly integrating people, place and the natural environment.

Michael has an innate ability to strategise a project, integrate stakeholder aspirations, and build lasting bonds and partnerships between disparate organisations and communities. Through an active involvement in local design review panels, national design committees and university tutoring programmes, Michael continues to pursue a progressive, restorative and engaging outcome for place.
