Benji Williams is the Chief Executive Officer at McGregor Coxall. He brings a strong background in architecture projects, marketing and communications to his leadership role, with a proven track record in brand transformation and digital strategy.

Before stepping into the CEO role, Benji led McGregor Coxall’s marketing and communications, helping to reshape the company’s brand and digital presence. He previously was the Global Brand and Communications Leader at Woods Bagot, where he successfully increased the tier-one design firm’s global visibility and reach through innovative content-driven strategies.

Benji is committed to addressing urban challenges with practical, evidence-based solutions that support sustainable and resilient built environments. He is an active voice in the industry, serving on the board of Architects Without Frontiers and the NSW Precincts and Social Infrastructure Committee at the Property Council of Australia. His diverse experience and forward-thinking approach are key to guiding McGregor Coxall into its next phase of growth and innovation.
