Ashleigh Vissel

Ashleigh is an emerging Urban Design professional, completing a Bachelor of Architecture and Environments (2019) and Master of Architecture (2023) at The University of Sydney. Uncovering her love of urbanism during her studies and extensive travels, Ashleigh has a well-rounded understanding of the built environment and is passionate about creating equitable places for people. Ashleigh is especially interested in green infrastructure and how we interface with nature, as seen in her involvement in the Inner West Blue-Green Grid and greenfield projects. She believes that good holistic design is a result of solid research and iterative experimentation driven by the ongoing consideration of sustainable outcomes and high-quality user experience.
