Following a thorough search process considering both internal and external candidates, we’re delighted that Benji Williams emerged as the perfect choice to lead McGregor Coxall into its next chapter.

Williams has already demonstrated his impact as Global Head of Marketing and Communications, where he immediately delivered a comprehensive transformation of our McGregor Coxall brand. His previous success at global tier 1 design company Woods Bagot as Global Brand & Communications Leader, which engineered a dramatic increase in global visibility through digital-first strategies, showcases his ability to navigate the modern media landscape and connect with new generations of clients and stakeholders.
Williams’ recent appointments to both the board of Architects Without Frontiers (AWF) and the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Precincts and Social Infrastructure Committee reflect his commitment to shaping the future of our built environment through both social impact and working with industry leaders on policy change.
Under Williams’ leadership, McGregor Coxall will accelerate its integration of emerging technologies and contemporary practice methods in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning, while maintaining its foundational commitment to Biourbanism and evidence-based design solutions.
