Landscape-Driven Masterplan to transform GSK Headquarters Site
We are thrilled to be working on the transformative landscape-driven masterplan for the landmark GSK Brentford site in West London.
Working with Hadley Property Group, the 5.4ha former GSK headquarters will be redeveloped into a mixed-use neighbourhood that reconnects communities north of Great West Road with Brentford town centre, creating new pedestrian and cycle-friendly routes, dynamic public spaces, and sustainable landscapes that respond sensitively to the local area. McGregor Coxall’s interdisciplinary expertise in climate-resilient landscape and urban design, and Biourbanism Lab research, will lead in the delivery of innovative public spaces.
The exceptional project team includes Haworth Tompkins, Buro Happold, Velocity, Turley, Walsh, as well as plot architects dRMM, Studio Egret West and Metropolitan Workshop LLP.
We have been working with the community through a series of co-design sessions and first public consultations are now underway. We look forward to collaborating to deliver this transformative scheme.
