McGregor Coxall welcomes professional services experts’ Suellen Fitzgerald and Lisa Thorpe-Apps to the global Board of Directors as external advisors.

A former Chief Executive of NSW Government’s Greater Sydney Parklands, Suellen brings 30-plus years’ experience in private and public sector governance while Lisa, formerly the Global People and Culture Leader of McGregor Coxall, brings a wealth of experience in executing the company's mission and building growth globally.

A highly regarded landscape architect, Suellen brings expertise in open space planning, recreation, park management, and nature-based tourism and has led private and public organisations across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Northern Australian markets. Suellen is a renowned authority on strategic financing, public lands, and organisational development and became the first-ever Executive Director of Western Sydney Parklands Trust prior to her tenure as inaugural Chief Executive of Greater Sydney Parklands.

A former client, Suellen is relishing the opportunity to steer McGregor Coxall’s strategic direction.

“I first became aware of Adrian [McGregor] and Philip [Coxall] 20 years ago when I started working in government,” said Suellen. Throughout the years, I've seen the organisation grow and thrive globally, striking a good balance between high aspirations and the ability to deliver on them. I feel honoured to have been asked to join and to help continue this momentum for a better future for our cities, citizens, and environment.”

Lisa’s insight and HR expertise will enable her to build on a five-year legacy as McGregor Coxall’s former Global People and Culture Leader. With over 15 years of experience from tenures at AMP, Louis Vuitton and CUE Clothing in Australia and abroad, Lisa welcomes the chance to influence change as an external advisor.
